Our Absence from the Blog/Congratulations Guys and Dolls Cast and Crew
I just wanted to pop in and take a minute to apologize for our absence as of late from our blog. Rest assured we will be back soon but in the meantime, we are in the theater watching/directing/conducting wonderful performances of Guys and Dolls. As Paul has mentioned in earlier posts, he is a public school music teacher and each year in late November/early December, his high school music theater program puts on their annual production. This year is the tenth anniversary of their program and they chose to redo their first musical theater production which was Guys and Dolls.
The cast and crew has done a phenomenal job with this show and I want to take the time to congratulate them on a fantastic job. They are such an incredibly talented, hard working group of students. I also want to congratulate the adult staff (which includes my husband, Paul) working with the students. Without these dedicated, giving adults and their incredible mentorship, the students would not achieve nearly as much as they do.
This year is also very exciting for Paul and I as our son is Harry the Horse in the show and our oldest daughter is playing flute and piccolo in the pit. We are so proud.
If you happen to be in our area tonight or Saturday night, please join us at 7:30 for another wonderful production. You won’t regret it. And Paul, fantastic job again this year. I’m so proud of you.
Please enjoy some of the photos from this year’s show.
Thanks for visiting. See you soon,
